For Admission to Class I to 9th

1.  School Leaving Certificate.

2.  B.Form

3.  Father’s CNIC

4.   Four Passport size Photographs.

For Admission to Class 10th;

1.   School Leaving Certificate.

2.  Attested copy of SSC-I Marks Sheet.

3.  Father’s CNIC

4.   Four Passport size Photographs.

5.   In Case 9th is passed from other than FBISE, Migration Certificate from the previous Board and a verified Copy of 9th Marks Sheet from                      previous Board is also required.
